The Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library has seen an uptick in activity in recent months and welcomed visitors for coffees and donuts Monday to begin National Library Week.
DeeAnna Sova is the library’s executive director and says it’s a time to thank their patrons and staff.
She says the local library has seen an steady increase in demand for its offerings.
Mayor Carter Hendricks and state Representative Walker Thomas were among those on hand Monday morning to celebrate the library.
