The Bowling Green Hot Rods opened the Midwest League season with a 3-2 win over the Dayton Dragons in Dayton last night. Hopkinsville’s Easton McGee pitched two innings allowing one hit and striking out three in getting his first hold of the season. The teams play game two of the series tonight in Dayton.
