Applications are now being accepted for the 2019-2020 Christian County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Hopkinsville-Christian County class.
According to a news release, the program brings together individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who are committed to directing the future of Hopkinsville and Christian County. Applications can be picked up at the Commerce Center on Fort Campbell Boulevard or can be filled out electronically online at www.leadershiphopkinsville.com. The application deadline is June 3 and the new class will be announced at a Business after Hours event in July.
Admission is limited to 20 participants and all applicants must live in Christian County. They must have the full support of the business or organization they represent, because every class, session and activity is mandatory.
A fee is charged for the program, $550 for Chamber members or $600 for non-members. Chamber President Kelli Pendleton says, “Our outstanding leadership development program continues to produce high quality community leaders. We look forward to identifying our next class and cultivating their community awareness, while developing leaders that are focused on continuous improvement.”
