Franklin’s Kenny Perry is tied for 15th at one under 71 and Paducah’s Russ Cochran is tied for 54th at two over 74 heading into today’s second round of the PGA Tour Champions Rapiscan Systems Classic in Biloxi, MS. Marco Dawson and Kevin Sutherland share the lead at seven under 65.
