Two people were injured in a wreck Tuesday morning in Logan County.
It happened at the intersection of Highway 79 North and Bismark Lane, according to the Logan County Sheriff’s Department, which says 62-year old Susan Young of Bowling Green was stopped and waiting to make a left turn onto Hancook Road when she was rear-ended by a vehicle operated by 71-year old Forest Darrell Rogers of Russellville.
Rogers told deputies he didn’t see that he didn’t realize Young was turning until it was too late and his attempts to avoid a collision were unsuccessful.
Young and Rogers were both taken by EMS to the Medical Center in Bowling Green for treatment of injuries.
