A Madisonville teenager was injured in a three-vehicle wreck Monday morning.
It happened near the intersection of South Main Street and McCoy Avenue, according to a news release from Madisonville Police, which says 20-year old John Paul Tapp of Madisonville was stopped on South Main waiting to make a left turn when he was rear-ended by a pickup driven by 32-year old Daron Pullam of Madisonville.
The impact forced Tapp’s car into the northbound lane, where it struck a vehicle operated by 37-year old Christina Geary of Madisonville.
A passenger in one of the vehicles, 16-year old Xzavior Minton of Madisonville, was taken by ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital for treatment of injuries.
