An Elkton man was arrested by Kentucky State Police Saturday for felony auto theft.
Trooper Justin Cornett saw 36-year old Patrick Crafton of Elkton sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of New Harmony Church and knew the automobile to be stolen. Further investigation determined Crafton to allegedly be under the influence and to be in possession of multiple pills.
Crafton was also in possession of a stolen generator, according to a news release from KSP.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of felony theft, trafficking in a controlled substance, his second DUI and with driving on a DUI suspended license.
