A man who had been warned to stay away from all Walmart stores was arrested for burglary following a new shoplifting complaint against him Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police and Walmart personnel had ordered 25-year old Robert Adamov to stay away from all Walmart stores on March 11th and an arrest citation says he was back at the store about 10 p.m. Sunday.
He allegedly left the store with about $170 worth of stolen merchandise to include video games and clothing.
Adamov allegedly admitted the items had been stolen and that he knew to stay away from the store.
He was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.
