A Hopkinsville man was hurt in a two-vehicle collision on Riverfront Drive on Friday afternoon.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department report, a vehicle driven by 57-year old Irwin Luttrell of Hopkinsville was southbound on Riverfront approaching the intersection of East Second Street. At the same time, a vehicle operated by 77-year old Edward Todd of Hopkinsville was stopped at the stop sign on East Second Street when he reportedly pulled into the path of Luttrell.
The two collided in the intersection and Todd had to be extricated from the vehicle. Todd was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for chest pain.
