An arrest warrant for burglary and theft was served Monday afternoon against a Hopkinsville man.
The warrant against 47-year old Donald Neal alleges that on February 23rd, he entered a home on Broad Street and removed a cup of change totaling about $19.
Neal is charged with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft.
