According to a news release from Kentucky State Police, troopers responded to a single-vehicle collision in the 4200 block of Highway 62 West around 10:15 a.m. Investigation determined that a vehicle operated by 20-year old Trevor Fleming of Drakesboro was travelling westbound when for an unknown reason, the vehicle left the eastbound side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
