Elkton man arrested for marijuana trafficking, domestic assault

Investigation by Elkton Police Wednesday afternoon led to the arrest of a man for domestic assault and trafficking in marijuana.

Officers Rodney Moberly and Josh Corn responded to a domestic disturbance on East Jefferson Street and a female victim said her boyfriend had pushed her and hit her in the face during an argument.

The victim showed police a blue plastic tub in an out building containing several bags of marijuana, totaling about 5 lbs.
