Western Kentucky’s Charles Bassey and Tavieon Hollingsworth were honored by Conference USA Monday. Bassey was named to CUSA’s First Team, the Defensive Team and to the All-Freshman team.
Hollingsworth was named to CUSA’s Third Team. WKU begins play in the Conference USA Tournament Thursday night in Frisco, TX against Old Dominion or Florida Atlantic with pregame at 8 pm on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP and whopam.com.
