Kentucky coach John Calipari is one of 11 coaches who are semifinalists for the Naismith Coach of the Year Award presented by the Atlanta Tipoff Club. Calipari-who has won the Naismith Award three times-has led the fourth ranked Wildcats to a 26-5 record this season. The award winner will be announced at a brunch during the Final Four next month in Minneapolis.
