A Hopkinsville woman was arrested Sunday night on a felony assault charge.
Few details are given, but an arrest citation for 25-year old Alexis Lewis alleges that she punched the victim with a closed fist, knocking out two permanent teeth.
The incident happened at 7B Moores Court and Lewis was arrested about 10:45 p.m. and charged with second-degree assault.
