Regional Entrepreneur Conference at HCC Wednesday

The 8th annual Regional Entrepreneur Conference will be held at Hopkinsville Community College Wednesday and citizens are asked to preregister for the day of business and sales education.

Lea Martin with Workforce Solutions at HCC appeared on WHOP and described the guest speakers that will talk about their experiences with successful businesses and the practices that got them there. Tracey Vlahos will give a presentation and a breakout session about how to stay healthy—mentally and physically—while working towards your goal of entrepreneurship.

Martin says Marques Ogden is back by popular demand to discuss the ups and downs, success and failures of creating a business from the ground up.

She says the day will begin promptly at 8:15 a.m. and people can come and go as their schedules allow.

The event is totally free to attend, but organizers do request that attendees preregister so they can know the amount of food to provide and get an accurate count of attendance numbers. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, along with copies of conference materials.

To register, or for more information, contact Martin at 270-707-3750.
