Hopkinsville man flown to Louisville hospital after crash

A Hopkinsville man was flown to a Louisville hospital following a wreck Friday afternoon on the Western Kentucky Parkway in Muhlenberg County.

Kentucky State Police investigated and determined that 30-year old Eric Mann of Hopkinsville was westbound near the 52 mile-marker at about 3:45 p.m. when, for an unknown reason, he crashed in to the rear of a westbound tractor-trailer operated by 40-year old Dwayne Love of Georgia.

Mann was flown by helicopter to the University of Louisville Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Love was taken by ambulance to Muhlenberg Community Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
