Dustin Johnson cruised to a sixth World Golf Championship title. He finished with a 5-under 66 for a five-shot victory over Rory McIlroy at the WGC Mexico Championship to win for the 20th time on the PGA Tour. Louisville area native Justin Thomas finished ninth at nine under par.
Princeton’s Emma Talley rallied after a tough start to finish at three under 285 and tied for 42nd at the Honda LPGA Thailand event early Sunday. Talley earned just over $7,100. Amy Yang at 22 under 266 was a one shot winner over Minjee Lee.
