A Cadiz woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon at Cox Mill Road and the Eagle Way Bypass.
The collision report from Hopkinsville Police Officer Michael Felts says 77-year old Ed Benton of Kevil was attempting to turn left from Eagle Way onto Cox Mill and drove into the path of a westbound vehicle driven by 33-year old Ian Boltze of Cadiz.
Benton told police he had a green light, but didn’t realize it was not a green arrow until it was too late.
Boltze’s passenger, 29-year old Abigail Smith of Cadiz, was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of multiple, non-life-threatening injuries.
