Washington shines in UK win over South Carolina

PJ Washington scored 20 points as fifth ranked Kentucky routed South Carolina 76-48 victory last night for its ninth consecutive victory. Washington fell short of his fourth consecutive double-double but posted his fourth 20-point game in the past five contests.

Tyler Herro and Reid Travis each added 11 points for the Wildcats, who also got career highs of 11 points and 11 rebounds from EJ Montgomery for his first double-double.

Kentucky, now 19-3 and 8-1 in the SEC, returns to action Saturday at Mississippi State with pregame at 10:30 am on Lite Rock 98.7 and lite987whop.com.
