The Christian County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Crofton woman on outstanding warrants and possession of methamphetamine Tuesday.
According to a police report from Sgt. Justin Meacham, 37-year old Jessica Luttrell of Hopkinsville was placed under arrest on an arrest warrant for third-degree burglary, felony theft over $10,000 and possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrant alleges on January 18, Luttrell broke into the victim’s safe and stole a substantial of cash and jewelry. During an execution of a search warrant at Luttrell’s residence allegedly revealed items related to the burglary along with multiple items of a drug paraphernalia.
Luttrell was additionally served with a warrant for theft by failure to make required disposition by failing to return a sectional and mattress after failing to make rental payments to Bolin Rental in Hopkinsville.
While being placed under arrest for the warrants, deputies reportedly found two small baggies of meth on her person, which Luttrell stated wasn’t hers. She was additionally charged with possession of meth.
