One of this week’s Crime Stoppers fugitives of the week has been arrested.
Hopkinsville Police located 40-year old Alvin Ray Powell of Hopkinsville at 304 Moores Drive and served him with a warrant for probation violation.
Crime Stoppers continues to seek 20-year old Jaleel Radford, who is sought for first-degree sexual abuse.
