An arrest warrant for trafficking in synthetic drugs was served Wednesday night against a Hokpinsville man.
It alleges that on December 28th, 21-year old Antonious Settles of Hopkinsville was the lone occupant of a vehicle with about 6 ounces of synthetic drugs inside. There was also a digital scale and $422 cash in the car, according to the warrant, which says Settles was parked against the flow of traffic on Phelps Avenue in an area where burglaries had been reported.
Settles was arrested about 11 p.m. Wednesday on East Ninth Street and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
