Three arrested on meth related charges in Princeton

The Princeton Police Department and Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force arrested three people Thursday on multiple drug related charges, including trafficking in methamphetamine.

According to a news release, the agencies were assisting Probation and Parole in an investigation at a residence in the 400 block of Maple Street. Following an investigation there, 32-year old Clayton Wier of Cadiz was taken into custody and charged with trafficking in meth, trafficking in Lortabs, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also arrested was 38-year old Jason Thatcher of Princeton and 39-year old Cynthia Pentecost of Princeton, both on charges of possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
