The Tennessee Titans have named their new offensive coordinator from within the current coaching staff. Arthur Smith had been the Titans tight ends coach. He replaces Matt LaFleur, who recently left the Titans staff after one season to become the head coach of the Green Bay Packers. Smith has been with the Titans since the 2015 season.
