Austin Peay announced Friday current Hoptown Hoppers coach Grayson Crawford will join the baseball staff for the 2019 season as a volunteer assistant. Crawford spoke with WHOP Sports last night and indicated he will coach the Hoppers in the 2019 season.
Crawford was out of college baseball last season after serving as pitching coach for Louisiana Monroe in the 2017 season. He has also worked as an assistant at Murray State and Lindsey Wilson, along with serving two season as Christian County’s head baseball coach and coaching the Hoppers from 2012-14.
