Man taken to Nashville hospital after wall collapses on him

A man was taken to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville Friday after a wall fell on him in Pembroke.

That’s according to Hopkinsville Fire Department Captain Michael Pendleton, who says EMS responded to Mason Lane in Pembroke near the intersection with KY 115 for reports that a portion of a barn wall had fallen on a 30-year old male.

He was going to be taken by helicopter, but it was unable to fly due to weather. He was instead taken by ambulance to Skyline Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.  It is unclear what caused the wall to collapse.

The man’s name has not yet been released.
