Zion Harmon remains not eligible to play basketball for Marshall County. US District Judge Thomas Russell ruled in US District Court Friday in favor of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association which ruled Harmon ineligible last August and turned down two appeals. If Harmon does get to play this season, it would come in early March provided the Marshals make it to the Boys Sweet 16. That’s when his ineligibility ends.
