A man injured in an accident in Logan County over the weekend has died.
It happened about 11:15 p.m. Saturday and the Logan County Sheriff’s Department says 26-year old Cody Bilbrey of Auburn went off Old Greenville Road and struck an embankment.
His passenger, 74-year old William Collins of Russellville, was trapped in the car and had to be extricated. Both men were taken to Logan Memorial Hospital and Collins was later transferred to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he died two days later.
