For the second consecutive year, an anonymous donor has helped Hopkinsville Police reward citizens for doing the right things.
Hopkinsville Police Public Information Officer Mike Atkins says they used the $1,500 to hand out $100 bills to people doing things such as obeying traffic laws and picking up litter.
Officer Atkins says the department is very appreciative to the donor, who wants to remain anonymous.
