It appears it will be January before Zion Harmon has a chance to play for Marshall County. The Courier Journal reports an injunction hearing is scheduled for January 3rd. The KHSAA first ruled Harmon ineligible for the season in August and has turned down two appeals.
The Harmon family took the matter to court recently, but the hearing scheduled in Marshall County Circuit Court was cancelled last Friday as the KHSAA wanted the injunction to allow Harmon to play to be heard in a federal court.
