WPSD-Paducah reports Paducah Tilghman will officially remove the interim tag from head coach Jonathan Smith during a news conference tomorrow. Smith took over in late July after then-head coach Steve Duncan had to step down after having a minor stroke. Smith helped lead the Blue Tornado to a 9-3 record and a trip to the second round of the Class 3-A playoffs.
