Zion Harmon’s family to go to court to get him eligible to play

West Kentucky Star.com reports the father of Marshall County’s Zion Harmon filed a stay in Marshall Circuit Court Wednesday that would allow him to play for the Marshals immediately. The Kentucky High School Athletic Association had ruled Harmon ineligible for this season back in August and even denied two appeals. In the motion, the Harmon family stated that KHSAA Bylaw 6 which requires a player to sit out a year after transferring as unconstitutional. A hearing could come as early as next Friday.
