Western Kentucky University introduced Tyson Helton as its 21st head coach today. Helton described WKU and Bowling Green as his favorite stop in his coaching career. Helton worked this past season as the University of Tennessee’s offensive coordinator and once served in the same capacity under Jeff Brohm at WKU. Helton replaces Mike Sanford who was fired after two seasons on Sunday.
