Harmon ruled ineligible again to play for Marshall County

West Kentucky Star.com reported Thursday Zion Harmon will not be eligible to play for Marshall County this season. The Kentucky High School Athletic Association this week upheld an earlier ruling that does not allow Harmon to play for the Marshals.

Marshall County superintendent Trent Lovett says the next step would be to make an appeal in court, but it’s not known if the Harmon’s are going to go that route. The case could be heard by a Marshall County Circuit Court and if he is ruled eligible, the KHSAA could deny the ruling.

Marshall County is the fourth high school Harmon has attempted to play for in as many years. He played his 7th grade season at Antioch Christian in Nashville, Bowling Green High in his 8th grade year and last year for Adair County.
