All felony charges have been dismissed against Todd and Logan County Commonwealth’s Attorney Gail Guiling.
That’s according to the Russellville News Democrat & Leader, which reports she will be able to resume her duties as prosecutor.
Guiling had been indicted for participating in a criminal syndicate, two counts of official misconduct and two counts of tampering with evidence.
The charges related to an alleged theft ring.
