The Ohio Valley League officially announced on social media this weekend the report WHOP Sports first broke a few days ago that the Franklin Duelers will join the league for the 2019 season. The team will play its home games at Franklin Simpson High School, with one social media post indicating the Duelers will play in the OVL East Division.
