Reds tight lipped on who new manager will be

The Cincinnati Reds are remaining tight lipped regarding the finalists for their open managerial position. The front office has or will shortly narrow the list of 12 names to three or four. The team will not announce the finalists but said the new manager will be one of the 12 men interviewed already.
The 12 names include interim manager Jim Riggleman and former Red Sox skipper John Farrell, who spent last season as an adviser and scout for the Reds. Joe Girardi, Brad Ausmus and David Bell highlight the outside candidates.
