The Associated Press weekly polls came out Monday. Beechwood is first in Class A with Crittenden County seventh this week. Mayfield is number one in Class 2-A with Murray ranked 10th.
Boyle County tops the Class 3-A poll with Caldwell County fifth and Paducah Tilghman seventh. Ashland Blazer leads 4-A with Franklin Simpson third, Logan County sixth and Madisonville seventh.
Covington Catholic continues to top Class 5-A with South Warren second, Bowling Green third and Owensboro ninth. Frederick Douglass is the new number one in Class 6-A.
