Even though the OVL has not officially announced it, there will apparently be a ninth team next year. The Franklin Duelers of Franklin, KY logo has been displayed by the team on Twitter and they have been welcomed by at least two current OVL franchises.
The Duelers also mentioned on Twitter their coach will be Tucker Hughes, who currently serves as a graduate assistant and pitching coach at Waldorf University in Forest City, IA.
