Police in Montgomery County say Kirby Wallace killed again in a carjacking Monday morning and that he later ditched that pickup to take off again on foot.
Sandra Brandon is the public information officer for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and says they received a call regarding Wallace and shots fired.
She says it’s confirmed that one person was killed in the carjacking on Welker Road near the Montgomery-Stewart County line.
Wallace is thought to be on foot in the area of Frankie Road and Cumberland City Road.
He is sought for murder, attempted murder and arson in Stewart County and is wanted for other home invasion incidents in Montgomery County.
Wallace is listed as a Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive and anyone seeing him should call 911 or 1-800-TBI-FIND. He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached and residents of that area are urged to keep their homes and vehicles locked.
UPDATE: This vehicle has been recovered and we currently believe Wallace is on foot in the area of Cumberland City Road and Frankie Road.
