County and Hoptown in football action tonight

Christian County welcomes Owensboro to the Stadium of Champions for what could determine the top two seeds in Class 5-A’s District One. The Colonels opened district play with a win at Marshall County while Owensboro was off last week. Coach Steve Lovelace talks about the Red Devils:

Following an off week, the Hopkinsville Tigers open district play at Madisonville. The Tigers will have a new quarterback in Ellis Dunn following the season ending knee injury to Jay Bland against Christian County two weeks ago. Coach Craig Clayton on tonight’s match up:

Thursday night’s action saw Bowling Green destroy Grayson County 68-8 and Warren East blanked Warren Central 28-0.
