The Reds have dropped five games in a row and are off today before opening the season finale series with the Pittsburgh Pirates tomorrow night.

In the National League: The Milwaukee Brewers are heading back to the postseason. Travis Shaw drove in both runs as they clipped the St. Louis Cardinals 2-1 to clinch a playoff berth. Milwaukee has secured at least the top NL wild card and remains just a half-game behind the Chicago Cubs for the NL Central lead.
