Princeton’s Emma Talley had a one under par 71 and trails the co-leaders by seven strokes heading into today’s second round of the LPGA Tour’s CP Women’s Open in Canada.
On the PGA Tour, there’s a four way tie for the lead at five under heading into today’s second round of the Northern Trust Open. Louisville area native Justin Thomas had a two under 69 Thursday while JB Holmes fired a one over 72. Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker withdrew from the event citing a chest injury.
Franklin’s Kenny Perry, Paducah’s Russ Cochran and Union’s Steve Flesch are all in the field for the PGA Tour Champions Boeing Classic which begins today outside of Seattle.
