Pitino lawsuit against Adidas dismissed

A U.S. District Court judge dismissed Rick Pitino’s lawsuit against Adidas. Judge David Hale ruled Tuesday the case must be settled in arbitration. The ex-Louisville basketball coach sued the apparel company in October, claiming that they intentionally tried to damage his image. Louisville fired Pitino in October after an FBI investigation exposed corruption within the program
