Fire caused significant damage to the KFC-Taco Bell combo building on Fort Campbell Saturday.
Fort Campbell Fire and Emergency Services issued a statement saying trucks responded to the reports of a structure fire at the restaurant on Bastogne Avenue at about 2:50 p.m. Saturday.
The roof and outside metal cladding were damaged by fire and there was heat damage in the dining area.
There was also smoke damage in the structure. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
