Pendleton appointed to Commission on Military Affairs

Christian County Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Kelli Pendleton has been appointed by Governor Matt Bevin to the Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs.

In a news release, she says “I am honored and humbled to have been appointed to the KCMA and look forward to serving the Commonwealth of Kentucky in this capacity. I have a deep patriotic passion for supporting our soldiers and their families so to be named to this commission is truly an honor.”

She will represent members at-large and serve for a term expiring July 16, 2022.

The Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs is an independent agency attached to the Office of the Governor. The Commission serves as the lead advocate for military installations and the related defense economy in the Commonwealth.
