The man accused in the 2015 shooting death of Justin Fish on Calvin Drive won’t face trial this year.
Attorneys for David Markle were granted a motion to continue by Judge Andrew Self Wednesday afternoon in Christian Circuit Court, according to court officials, who say a new trial date was set for March 11th of next year.
Markle is charged with murder. He allegedly knocked on the door of Fish’s Calvin Drive Home and then shot him when he answered.
