Multiple reports indicate former University of Kentucky linebacker Eli Brown, who left the program in February, will attend Western Kentucky University and be eligible to play this fall. The NCAA approved a waiver granting the former Warren East standout immediate eligibility. He will have two years of eligibility for the Hilltoppers. Last season for Kentucky, Brown recorded 38 tackles in 12 games for the Wildcats. Brown asked to transfer to be closer to his family.
