A Hopkinsville man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine by the Hopkinsville Police Department Tuesday.
According to the police reports, officers responded to Marie Drive to check on the welfare a man that was reportedly passed out in a vehicle. Contact was made with 60-year old Steven Rodriguez of Hopkinsville.
Investigation determined that Rodriguez was allegedly in possession of cocaine and a pipe normally used in the consumption of drugs.
Rodriguez was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
